Goal: To get girls active and to educate girls on healthy habits that lead to healthy lifestyles.
Number of youth served: 50 girls between the ages of 8 and 16
Program Schedule: 7 hours a day, 5 days a week for 8 weeks (June - July)Location: Trinity Presbyterian Church

* Community Service ProjectsThe Agape Center’s GoGirlGo! program is filled with 8 weeks of field trips, adventure and lots of fun in the sun during the summer. Fifty girls between the ages of 8 and 16, participate in this very special initiative to get girls active throughout the metro Atlanta area. Our participants engage in a variety of physical activities including swimming, skating, bowling and climbing Kennesaw Mountain. To instill the importance of giving back, the girls complete several hours of community service with various community business' or agencies.
The GoGirlGo! program, which is an initiative of the Women’s Sports Foundation, was established in 2004 to promote physical fitness and the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. The goal of the Agape Center’s GoGirlGo! program is to enhance the lives of young girls physically, emotionally and socially, through a variety of activities.
